A Perception-Based Model for Mobile Commerce Adoption in Vietnamese Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises

This paper investigates the critical determinants for adoption of mobile commerce (m-commerce) in Vietnamese small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) from perspective managers. A perception-based conceptual model is developed with respect to technology-organization-environment framework. The then tested validated using structural equation modelling on data collected 513 SMEs Vietnam. study shows that perceived benefits, compatibility, security, organizational readiness, customer pressures are m-commerce. As first m-commerce Vietnam, these findings useful SME managers as well policymakers designing policies strategies promote wide development diffusion Vietnam other developing countries.
